He was ok with that as a first step, what we will do to follow is put up 3 buffer <br /> signs, then we will have a bag of seed mix kept at the house for reseeding in the spring and fall , <br /> and the homeowner will have their lawn service pick the weeds in the buffer area so the seed will <br /> flourish. I am attaching the as-built survey, a blow up of the area, and some pictures.
