The wetland buffer, as shown in <br /> � F.xhibit A, shail be established and impmved when required by City Ordinances to <br /> become an"acccptable buffer area"as described wit�in City Ordinances, arsd shall <br /> � thereafter be�naintained hy Grantor in perprtuity free from mowing or oiher vegetative <br /> disturbance,fertilizer application,yard ar other waste disposat,thc placement of <br /> structures or any ather alteration that impedes the function of ttze buffer irc protecting the <br /> quality of water in the wetlarid or buffering flows into the wetland. <br /> 4. Crrantor for himself, his heirs,successars and assigns,furth�r grants the City the afiimza�ve <br /> right,bnt not the obligation to do the f�ltowing on the easement premises: <br /> A. Preserve, impmve, and enhance the slo�,trees, vegetation,and aatura�habitat by <br /> altering, ctearing, and removing trees or ather vegetation, by changing the contour <br /> �I of the land,and by planting trees or ather vegetation. <br /> � B. Enter upon the easement premises at any time to enforce eocnpliance��ith the <br /> terms of this instrument. <br /> j 5.
