Our <br /> records indicated Kuhl Design & Build paid the escrow money; however the agreement is between the <br /> City and Lynn & Anders Myhran, therefore the money is being refunded to you. Please note, all <br /> expenditures, including escrow refunds, require Council approval. The next council meeting is Monday, <br /> February 8th.
