Co., MN <br /> This site has an existing on-site sewage treatment system. The existing house and <br /> system will be abandoned for new construction. The existing tanks will be abandoned, <br /> pumped and filled with soil. The existing wefl wil! also need to be abandoned. <br /> This on-site sewage treatment system is designed for a Type 1, six bedroom home, in <br /> accordance with the Minnesota Pollution Controf Agency Chapter 7080 and local <br /> ordinances. <br /> The soils on this site are a clay loam. The seasonatly saturated soils were located at <br /> 20" to 34" (redox features). Due to the seasonally saturated soils, a Pressurized Mound <br /> System will need to be installed to treat septic effiuent_ The bottom of the rock must be <br /> located at least 3' above the saturated soils. <br /> The soils at a depth of 12" have a percolation rate of 18.5mpi. <br /> A lift pump will be needed in the lower level to keep the tanks shallow. <br /> A pumping chamber will need to be insta{led to lift the effluent to the treatment area. <br /> The power supply and switches must be located outside the manhole and pumping <br /> ci�arnber in a weati��er proor' enciosure. k warniny device must be rnstalied with a iight <br /> and sound device, this is in case of a pump faifure. <br /> ���StEM i3 DESIGNED fOR <br /> „�,_BEDROOMS. �t�S�� <br /> � Of B�Et�KO�� <br />
