Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 5686. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements as required in <br /> Resolution No. 5686. <br /> 3. Designation and dedication on the plat of wetlands subject to City and other agency <br /> jurisdiction, and granting of the standard Permanent Flowage and Conservation Easement <br /> and Restrictive Covenants for wetlands and wetland buffers. <br /> 4. Dedication of trail easements on the westerly 10 feet of Lot l, Block 1 and the southerly 10 <br /> feet of Lot 2, Block 1. <br /> 5. Provision to the City of a title opinion for the Property and certified copies of all recorded <br /> easements currently affecting the Property. <br /> 6. Submittal of any grading plan revisions that may be required by the City Engineer. <br /> 7. Provision of cross easements for the driveways. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based on the findings of <br /> Resolution No. 5686, the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the plat of <br /> WALDRON WOODS, Hennepin County, Mirulesota (a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A) <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The approvals granted in this Resolution shall become effective only when all conditions <br /> of approval requiring actions by the Applicants have been satisfied. <br /> 2. The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing only upon certification by the City <br /> Attorney, Planning & Zoning Coordinator and City Engineer that all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations have been satisfied. <br /> 3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County Registrar <br /> of Titles Office on or before January 14, 2009 together with a certified original copy of this <br /> resolution and executed copies of the easements and covenants pertinent thereto. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
