As you are aware, the City may issue TCOs in situations where weather conditions <br /> prevent the finalization of exterior site improvements and other extreme extenuating circumstances. Typically a TCO is <br /> not issued as a convenience or during months/weather when the exterior improvements can reasonably be completed... <br /> We will issue the TCO, however, there is one issue which must be resolved prior to doing so. We have been working with <br /> the retaining wall contractor for the past few months in an attempt to get a plan for the wall(s) so that the retaining walls <br /> can be approved and finally constructed. We are still waiting for submittal of a plan that meets our requirements and is <br /> shown properly on the survey. During recent discussions with the retaining wall contractor we were told that the wall <br /> would be constructed as shown on the original building permit survey dated 11/27/12; we were also told in the same <br /> conversation that the wall would be up to 6 feet in height. This dimension is inconsistent with that shown on the <br /> aforementioned survey.
