The retaining walls installed are not <br /> the same as the retaining wall proposed. Although two separate applications were submitted for retaining walls, none <br /> were issued due to lack of documentation for us to review. A zoning permit application was submitted on 9-23-2013 <br /> with the as-built survey. <br /> We have reviewed the as-built survey and retaining walls and approve; however, before we can refund the escrow and <br /> issue a final certificate of occupancy, a zoning permit fee of$100 must be received.
