� O� <br /> O 4 <br /> '�� - CITY of 4RON0 <br /> � : <br /> � � <br /> �� "�,` G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> L`�kEsKo�'� rvo. 5 7 5 9 <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> WALDRON WOODS <br /> FILE #08-3369 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application by Lucinda Chorley, <br /> (hereinafter the "Developer") for subdivision of properties located at 1860 Fox Street and 1880 <br /> Fox Street and legally described as follows: <br /> 1860 Fox Street: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Waldron Addition, also that part of the South Half of said Northwest <br /> Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 117 North,Range 23 West of the Stn <br /> Principal Meridian which lies westerly of a line drawn from a point on the North line <br /> thereof a distant 670.64 feet East of the Northwest corner of said South Half of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to a point in the South line of said South Half <br /> of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter distant 715.57 feet East of the <br /> Southwest corner of said South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> 1880 Fox Street: <br /> The South Half of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of <br /> Section 3, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the Sth Principal Meridian, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 13, 2007 the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> 5686 granting Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed development of a 2-lot plat, consisting <br /> of two residential lots for single family residential purposes; and <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
