MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 22,1997 <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT • <br />City Attorney Barrett had no report. <br />( #17) LICENSES <br />Goetten questioned the license application for Mr. Hallson. She asked if selling firearms <br />from a residence was allowed. Moorse said it was. He noted this was a renewal license. <br />Moorse did not know what specific conditions are required for housing firearms. He <br />informed Peterson that the police chief reviewed the application. <br />Peterson moved, Jabbour seconded, to approve the Home Occupation License for John <br />Hallson, 120 Golden Drive.
