Spinner <br />940 North Arm Drive <br />Grant R. Wenkstern <br />Lakeview Golf of Orono, Inc. <br />405 North Arm Drive <br />Orono Golf Course <br />265 Orono Orchard Road <br />Clyde Gates <br />Foot Race on Luce Line <br />April 12, 1997, 8:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. <br />Spring Parade of Homes <br />Stickney & Schwarz Builders, Inc. <br />2920 Somerset Lane <br />3 -8 p.m.'weekdays <br />noon - 6 weekends <br />Goetten moved, Peterson seconded, to approve payment of the All Funds Account. <br />Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Peterson moved, Jabbour seconded, to temporarily adjourn at 12:34 a.m. Vote: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 12:36 a.m. and readjourned to an Executive Session. <br />The Council met in an executive session to discuss pending litigation. The Council <br />approved the City's participation in the appeal of two companion civil actions to the <br />Minnesota Court of Appeals, and approved the adoption of a resolution requesting the <br />LMCIT to process the appeal on behalf of the City. <br />23 <br />
