Recently 1820 Fox Street has been offered for sale. This <br /> summer a new driveway access to serve the property was constructed entirely on 1820 Fox Street <br /> and the driveway access over 1700 Fox Street was abandoned. <br /> In order to clear up the property title, the owner has requested the CUP be terminated. The City <br /> Attorney has reviewed the request and revised the applicanYs termination document language. <br /> Planning Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends approval of the termination of the CUP per the attached document. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Adopt or amend the attached document terminating the CUP for 1820 Fox Street. <br />
