Craigbank and Longridge shall file the appropriate deeds reflecting the new fegal <br /> descriptions (subject to City Attorney approval) with the Hennepin County Recorder's <br /> Office and/or Registrar of Titles Office on or before May 14, 2013, or the approval <br /> granted by this resolution shall expire. <br /> 2. Craigbank and Longridge shall submit to the City copies of the newly rec�rded deeds in <br /> order that final preparation of a Special Lot Combination Agreement can be compfeted if <br /> deemed necessary by the City Attorney incorporating the correct new legal descriptions. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this 14h day of May, 2012. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> / �� V .�/ A�FA � � � <br /> Linda S.
