Outlot A, MACMILLAN ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> � (hereinafter"the North Parcel"); and <br /> ; <br /> , WHEREAS, Craigbank and Longridge have jointly submitted an application for a <br /> ' lot tine rearrangement involving the South Parcel and the North Parcel which would relocate the <br /> lot boundary line between the properties; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> � Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono <br /> P{anning Commission held a public hearing on the lot line rearrangement on April 16, 2012 at <br /> ' which time afl personS desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the <br /> jopportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> i <br /> I <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Councif reviewed the proposed lot fine <br /> ! rearrangement at a regular meeting held on May 14, 2012 and makes the following findings with <br /> regards to the proposed lot line rearrangement: <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
