The system was installed on <br /> October 30, 1963 by Sullivan's Services. A summary of the inspection is below. <br /> SenNc Tank Condition <br /> 1. Pumgout not needed at this Nme <br /> The septic system is non-compliant due to a lack of a three foot separation distance between the bottom <br /> of the drainfield to the seasonally high watertable. The three foot requirement is a State Code,not a City <br /> Code. A soil boriug was conducted to determine the depth of the seasonally watertable. The septic <br /> sy�stem must be replaced by December 31, 2004. <br /> Enclosed is a list of state licensed septic contractors who work in Orono on a regular basis. Also <br /> enclosed is a fact sheet eYpla.ining how a septic system functions properly.
