This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1667. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Single Family Rural <br /> Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on <br /> July 15, 1991 and recommended approval of the proposea <br /> variance based upon the hardships and findings set forth by <br /> applicant as follows : <br /> A. The PCA regulations effective January 1991 were amended <br /> to exclude the City from all involvement in burning <br /> permitG for structures. The informal communicatien <br /> link between Long LaY.e Fire Department and City since <br /> that time did not address the City' s a�ditional neec <br /> for a demolition perm�t when structures are razed via a <br /> burn. <br /> B.
