ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR OCTOBER 26, 1998 <br />( #2425 Rebers Construction, Continued) is <br />Gaffron stated the existing municipal water main along the west property line may not be <br />centered on its easement which would require an additional five or six feet of easement in <br />order to allow adequate access for future maintenance. <br />Mayor Jabbour inquired how the easement should be handled. <br />Gaffron stated the exact pipe location needs to be confirmed and the utility easement along <br />the west boundary expanded as necessary to be ten feet on either side of the existing pipe. <br />The Applicant had no comment. <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to approve Application #2425, 2190 West Wayzata <br />Boulevard, and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4182, a Resolution Granting Preliminary <br />Approval of a Class II Subdivision, based on the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission, and subject to the verification and obtaining of the additional utility <br />easement.
