The plans propose to construct a <br /> pool and sport court. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • Top antl bottom wall elevations should be provided for all retaining walls. <br /> • Engineered design antl tletails should be submitted for all retaining walis over 4' in height. <br /> • The maximum allowable slope is 3:1. The grading plan should be revised such that slopes tlo not <br /> exceed 3:1. <br /> • Invert elevations, siope, antl material type should be provitled for the proposetl drain tile. <br /> • Invert elevations should be provided for the existing sanitary sewer cleanouts. <br /> • The slope of the proposetl granite walk approaches 35%.
