NO VOTE TAKEN. <br />Goetten withdrew her second. <br />Flint stated he has concerns with the language contained the document, noting the ordinance does <br />not conform with the language in the statute, and requested further review by City Staff. Flint <br />commented the criteria for interim use should be spelled out. <br />Kelley moved, Goetten seconded, to table Item #12.
