Additional information <br /> was received on October 4, 2012. Your application is incomplete. <br /> The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and <br /> for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. The survey dated September 19, 2012 received on October 4, 2012 is drawn with <br /> a 20' scale, not 30' as the survey shows. The size of the structure states is 20 x 22' yet it measures 21 x <br /> 22'. The western setbacks have been modified and written in. (A copy of the survey received is <br /> attached.) The survey should also show the existing concrete pad (to be removed) and how the existing <br /> driveway will tie into the proposed garage. Please provide 2 copies of a full size certificate of survey <br /> which meets all of the City's survey standards (enclosed) indicating the location of the existing garage <br /> and the proposed garage (and any proposed grading) as well as all other existing buildings, structures, <br /> landscaping, retaining walls and hardcover on the property. <br /> 2. Escrow & Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require <br /> submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee <br /> reimbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally <br /> this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and <br /> stormwater. The required escrow amount for this project is$2,500. The escrow agreement is enclosed. <br /> The property owner must sign the escrow agreement and submit a check for$2,500. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
