The Applicants, Rusty & Shannon Lundquist, have requested a refund of their <br /> $2,500 escrow. <br /> The applicants are aware of pass-through charges for which they have not received an <br /> invoice from the City yet for. The applicants will pay $433 before we release their escrow. <br /> As a result of the site visit by Jesse Struve reviewing the as-built survey, it was noted the <br /> property has a couple of areas that require the establishment of vegetation.
