<br /> <br />animal warden, persons using an off leash area must immediately restrain their dogs and remove <br />them from the off leash area. <br />(f) Penalties. Every person convicted of a violation of this provision shall be punished by a fine <br />of two hundred dollars ($200.00). <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. Section 62-104. - Running at large prohibited is hereby amended by adding <br />the following: <br />It is unlawful for the owner of any dog to permit such animal to run at large. Any dog shall be <br />deemed to be running at large with the permission of the owner unless: <br /> (6) In an area designated as an off leash area provided that the person having custody of the <br />animal: is present with the animal; has in his/her possession the required off leash permit; and is <br />acting in compliance with the rules and regulations of the off leash areas <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Section 2-171 Fee Schedule effective during the calendar year 2016 is amended <br />by adding the following to the Licenses and Miscellaneous changes section <br /> <br />OFF LEASH PARK PASSES Fee Applicable Code Section <br /> Annual Pass (Resident) $ 25.00 Sec. 22.102 <br /> Annual Pass (Non-Resident) $ 35.00 <br /> Day Pass $ 5.00 <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its <br />passage and publication.
