ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR JANUARY 12,1998 <br />( #15) SELECTION OF DATE FOR 1998 LOCAL BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to establish April -22, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. as the date and time <br />for the 1998 Local Board of Review meeting. Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />( #16) 1998 FEE SCHEDULE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - ORDINANCE NO. 168, 2ND <br />SERIES <br />Moorse indicated that the amendment reflects the change in land alteration requirements. <br />Goetten moved, Flint seconded, to approve the proposed amendment to the 1998 Fee Schedule <br />per Ordinance No. 168, 2nd Series. Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />( #17) SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DEFERRAL RENEWAL - REAPPLICATION FROM <br />STUBBS BAY SANITARY SEWER PROJECT - RESOLUTION NO. 4020 <br />Moorse indicated that deferrals require review every five years. <br />Peterson moved, Goetten seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 4020 approving the reapplication of <br />special assessment deferment for Rose Madden. Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />City Attorney Barrett had no report. <br />( #18) LICENSES <br />Mayor Jabbour abstained from voting.
