No. <br /> 106 3rd series, § 22, 6-10-2013} <br /> Sec. 78-1406. -Additional yard provisions. <br /> Required yards in the districts specified shall be subject to the following additional requirements: <br /> (1) Through/ots. Through lots in any district shall have a required front yard on each street. <br /> (2) 8 and 1 districts: adjacent lots. In the B and I districts, where the average depth of at least two <br /> existing front yards for buildings within 150 feet of the lot in question are less or greater than the <br /> minimum front yard depth required for the district, required front yards shall not be less than the <br /> average depth of such existing front yards; however, the depth of a front yard shall not be less <br /> than five feet nor be required to exceed 50 feet. <br /> (3) R districts: adjacent lots. In any R district, where the average depth of at least two existing front <br /> yards for buildings within 150 feet of the lot in question and within the same block front is less or <br /> greater than the minimum front yard depth required for the district, the required front yard shall <br /> not be less than the average depth of such existing front yards; however, the depth of a front <br /> yard shall not be less than ten feet nor be required to exceed 50 feet. <br /> (Code 1984, § 10.75(4)) <br /> Secs. 78-1407-78-1430. - Reserved. <br /> Sec. 78-1700. -Specific tier regulations. <br /> Per the official stormwater quality overlay district map, each property in the stormwater quality <br /> protection overlay district is assigned to a protection tier based on its relative distance to receiving waters. <br /> This protection tier dictates the specific protection measures that must be implemented. <br /> (1) Tier 1 parcels. Hardcover shall not exceed 25 percent of the gross lot area. <br /> (2) Tier 2 parce/s. Hardcover shall not exceed 30 percent of the gross lot area. <br /> (3) Tier 3 parcels. Hardcover shall not exceed 35 percent of the gross lot area. <br /> (4) Tier 4 parcels. Hardcover shall not exceed 50 percent of the gross lot area. <br /> (5) Tier 5 parcels.
