The ground or floor of the fenced yard enclosure must be covered <br /> with vegetation, concrete or other surface approved by the <br /> • � authorized city personnel, so that it can be, and is, sufficiently <br /> maintained to adequately dissipate offensive odors. <br /> iv. The floor area or combination of the floor and fenced area for keeping <br /> chickens sfiall not be less than ten (10) square feet of floor area per - <br /> animal; <br /> v.
