. � � <br /> PC ExhibitA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. , THIRD SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> CHAPTER 62 OF THE ORONO 1VIUNICIPAL CODE <br /> BY AMENDING SECTION 62-9 <br /> � REGARDING AlvIMAL LIMITS TO INCLUDE <br /> PROHIBITION OF ROOSTERS <br /> The City Council of Orono, Minnesota ordains as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. Orono Municipal Code Section 62-9 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> � 62-9: Animal limits. <br /> � No person sha11 own, harbor,keep or have custody of more than two dogs or more <br /> than four cats, over the age of six months, on:his property without having first <br /> secured a residential kennel license as required�in article III, division 3, <br /> subdivision II, of this chapter except individuals involved in any animal-related � <br /> business. Individuals involved in the business of selling, boarding,breeding, <br /> treating or grooming animals must receive a commercial kennel license. Animals <br /> which have been specially trained and certified to perform certain tasks, such as <br /> � for the handicapped,police K-9s, search and rescue, and other designated working <br /> animals, are not counted in this requirement,nor are animals that are part of any <br /> registered foster parent program. <br /> (b) No person shall own, harbor,keep or have custody of a rooster on his propert� <br /> SECTION 2.
