It appears that in spite of this the pond was <br /> - • installed and landscaping work was conducted without permits or City approval. You were <br /> notified by letters from the City that the pond and landscaping were not permitted. Because <br /> hardcover levels cannot be verified,, and no permits were issued the property remains in <br /> violation of the following City Code sections 78-966 and 78-1288�(attached). <br /> This �letter will� serve as your notice that the above property is in violation must be <br /> brought into compliance before January 3, 2011 in order to avoid legal action by the City. <br /> In order to bring your.property into compliance_a completed after-the-fact permit application, an � � � <br /> as-built survey meeting the enclosed survey standards and hardcover calculations for the entire � <br /> ' property must be submitted before January 3, 2011.
