" <br /> Franchot stated those things require that someone approach the City to find out about it and that the City <br /> could be a little more proactive to notify the residents about what they are contemplating. <br /> Gozola noted he has received a number of contacts from people regarding the new ordinance and that in <br /> general they have been supportive of the ordinance.
