Minutes from those meetings are attached. <br /> Staff and the City Attorney have had numerous conversations regarding the potential pitfalls in adopting <br /> language that might address the PC and Council's suggested goals for revising the dock slip rental <br /> ordinances. Rather than drafting specific language that may not be functionally enforceable, City <br /> Attorney Soren Mattick will be at the Planning Commission meeting Monday evening to discuss this <br /> issue. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Planning Commission should take any additional public input and discuss the issues with the City <br /> Attorney. <br />
