This would reduce the area of Lot 2 by approximately 0.08 acres, which would have no significant <br /> impacts on Lot 2. This would be platted as an outlot within the Nelson plat and designated for <br /> combination with the bowman property. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat subject to the following: <br /> 1) Submittal of confirmation that MCWD will not require wetland fill mitigation; <br /> 2) Subject to past and ongoing City Engineer comments& recommendations; <br /> 3) Any additional requirements determined necessary through the Public Hearing and Planning <br /> Commission discussion. <br />
