The tent is not the main area of the party. The tent <br /> provides an entryway into the garage and house and acts as an "extra room" or an extension of 2/3 of the garage. There <br /> will be no seating and two smali high top tables. There will be no side on the tent where it butts up against the open <br /> garage (there will be open space between). There will be sides on the two 30 ft. sides and on the side facing north, there <br /> will be sides but with a door opening. The garage has an additional 3`d stall that will not have a tent in front of it which may <br /> be considered an exit? There is also a service door in the garage which leads outside.
