Motion, <br />Ayes =5, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />PLANS AND SPECS - WELL #3* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Nettles, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to approve the attached well <br />specifications and to authorize the City Engineer to advertise <br />for and receive bids on January 5, 1990. Motion, Ayes =5, Nays =O, <br />Motion passed. <br />MAYOR /COUNCIL REPORT: <br />PROCLAIMATION - DRUG AWARENESS WEER DECEMBER 3 -9, 1989 <br />RESOLUTION #2735 <br />Councilmember Goetten expressed her concern regarding the <br />introduction of the DARE program in the Orono Schools. Goetten <br />said that it would be wonderful if a decision could be made in <br />honor of drug awareness week to have the program begin in the <br />schools. • <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2735, designating <br />6 <br />
