(5) Medical or dental clinic. <br /> (6) Rental businesses. <br /> (7) Contracting, excavating, welding or machine shops. <br /> (8) Commercial kennels and veterinary clinics. <br /> (9) Tow truck services. <br /> (10) Ceramic studios with kilns of volume six cubic feet or more. <br /> (1 1) The sale, lease, trade or other transfer of firearms or ammunition by a firearms dealer, except <br /> when such dealer is federa(ly licensed to conduct such activity. <br /> (12) Sale or use of hazardous materials in excess of consumer quantities which are packaged for <br /> consumption by individual households for personal care or household use. <br /> (� Reasonable accommodation for disabled persons. Persons with physical or other legally <br /> recognized disabilities may request reasonable accommodation by requesting a waiver of one or more of the <br /> requirements of this section. The zoning administrator may only grant waivers on the basis of the applicant's <br /> physical limitations to function within such requirements. <br /> ARTICLE III. <br /> HOME OCCUPATIONS* <br /> Sec.26-76. License. <br /> (a) Required. It is unlawful for any person to engage in or carry on a level 2 home occupation, as that <br /> term is defined in chapter 78, without first having obtained a license from the city. Level 1 home occupations as <br /> defined in chapter 78 are not required to be licensed as long as all conditions set forth in chapter 78 are fully met. <br /> (b) Regulation. Licenses will only be issued if the specific use is permitted or otherwise allowed by <br /> chapter 78, and if all conditions set forth in chapter 78 are fully complied with. <br /> (c) License period. All licenses for level 2 home occupations shall expire on September 30 of each <br /> year. Application for renewal of an existing level2 home occupation license shall be made to the city clerk at <br /> least 60 days prior to the expiration date. <br /> (d) Public notification and hearing. The city council shall hold a public hearing for all home <br /> occupations required to be licensed. The owners of all parcels within 350 feet of the property, or a larger area at <br /> the discretion of the city, shall be notified ten days prior to the public hearing. <br /> 4 <br />
