Planning Staff Recommendation <br /> Planning staff believes that the level and type of activity of this landscape business as it is currently <br /> being operated (based on the applicants' statements and comments received from neighboring property <br /> owners) falls into the category of a prohibited use and should be discontinued at this urban density <br /> residential neighborhood. The use has apparently expanded to a point where it no longer meets the <br /> intent of the home occupation ordinances. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Council is requested to review the information and make a determination as to whether the applicants' <br /> business qualifies as a Level 2 or is prohibited. Should the Council determine that the business <br /> qualifies as a Level 2 home occupation, additional appropriate performance standards or conditions <br /> that should be considered. <br /> 3 <br />
