VILTOFT <br />1135 HERITAGE LANE <br />LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT - RESOLUTION #2726 <br />VACATION OF UTILITY EASEMENT - RESOLUTION #2727 <br />Mr. Daniel Hoffman was present for this application. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained that the lot line <br />rearrangement would conform the properties to the way they are <br />being maintained. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2726, approving the <br />subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for Daniel Hoffman and <br />Jorgen Viltoft. Motion, Ayes =4, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2727, approving the <br />vacation of the utility easement. Motion, Ayes =4, Nays =O, Motion <br />passed. <br />#1442 THE LANDSCHUTE GROUP, INC. <br />3300 BAYSIDE ROAD /375 LEAF STREET <br />• FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />RESOLUTION #2728 <br />Mr. Jon Monson was present for this application. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson informed the Council and <br />Acting Mayor Callahan that the issue of screening has been <br />adequately addressed. <br />Mr. Henry Furchner, 360 Leaf Street, said that he had been <br />against this project all along because of his concern for <br />drainage and the wetlands abutting Leaf Street. He said that he <br />had been assured by City staff that the City Engineer's <br />recommendations took the wetland into consideration. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Nettles, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2728, approving the <br />Final Subdivision for the Landschute Group.
