MINUTES OF ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD OCTOBER 23, 1989 <br />ZONING FILE #1461 - BERGGREN CONTINUED <br />It was moved by Councilmember Nettles, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2719, approving the <br />side setback variance to construct an attached, enclosed porch. <br />Motion, Ayes =S, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />#1462 RICHARD A. SCHMIDT <br />3980 WATERTOWN ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION #2720 <br />Ms. Roberta Schmidt was present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained that this <br />application involved a request for a front setback variance for a <br />proposed second story addition. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2720, approving the <br />front setback variance to construct a second story addition. <br />Motion, Ayes =5, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />#1464 CHARLES NADLER <br />2509 KELLY AVENUE <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION #2721 <br />Mr. and Mrs. Nadler were present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson informed the Council and <br />Mayor Grabek that the applicants were seeking approval of a <br />hardcover and average lakeshore setback variance for an addition. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to adopt Resolution #2721, approving the <br />hardcover and average lakeshore setback variance.
