MINUTES OF THE ORONO COUNCIL MEETING OF JULY 24, 1989 <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S INFORMATION <br />Councilmember Goetten expressed her disapproval for a <br />Hennepin County Truck Routing Station. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to accept the City Administrator's <br />Information regarding: Crystal Bay Road; Stubbs Bay Informational <br />Meeting; Highway 12 -Long Term Improvements; Hennepin County Truck <br />Routing Station; Telephone System Status; and Regional Transit <br />Board Nomination. Motion, Ayes =3, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />City Attorney Barrett requested an Executive Session. <br />LICENSES* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to approve the following license: <br />Special Event: Foot Race - Long Lake Corn Days <br />Minnesota Distrance Running Association <br />August 13, 1989 12:15 - 1:00 p.m. <br />Motion, Ayes =3, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />BILLS* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to approve payment of the All Funds <br />Accounts.
