The following are comments from <br /> the City's engineer: <br /> 1. The proposed plan includes adding hardcover (blacktop driveway) in the sevver easement. An <br /> encroachment agreement is required. This is also listed as a requirement in the Variance <br /> resolution. <br /> 2. The survey does not comply with the City's survey standards: <br /> a. #10. Topographic contours at 2'contours on the entire lot (Lakeshore, 1') and 50' <br /> outside of lot lines. <br /> b. #16. 100-year flood elevation <br /> 3. The high water level of the wetland should be indicated on the survey. (See 2.b.) (note- this was <br /> hand written in on the Erosion Control plan of September lst.) <br /> 2 <br />
