(3.97 ac.) <br /> Application Summary: This is a sketch plan for a 29 unit residential development. The units <br /> will be distributed in 7 single family "villas" and 22 units within a 3 story condominium type <br /> building. The property is served by municipal sewer and water. Access will be from Kelley <br /> Parkway. The proposed plan would require rezoning (most likely to RPUD, but potentially <br /> requiring code amanedments) and an amendment of the comprehensive plan, converting <br /> from commercial use to residential use.
