PC Exhibit F <br /> Sec. 78-350. -Area, height, lot width and yard requirements. <br /> (a) Height. No structure or building in the LR-1 C district shall exceed 2'/z stories and shall not exceed 30 <br /> feet in height except as provided in section 78-1366. <br /> (b) Lots. Tennis courts and sport courts. <br /> b. Pools, when pool basin structure (excluding nonencroachment-type patios) is greater than <br /> 1,000 square feet. <br /> c.
