This means as a part of your project removal of buckthorn and turf grass is required as well as a <br /> maintenance and planting plan to install native plantings in the buffer area. We will issue the building permit, <br /> upon receiving your signature on the wetland buffer escrow agreement (copy attached) and submittal of a <br /> check for$3,000 (wetland buffer improvement security). If you are unable to print the escrow agreement, I will <br /> have one ready for you at the City for you to sign. <br /> In an effort to issue your permit in a timely manner, after receiving the escrow and signed agreement, we will <br /> allow time for you to develop the management/landscaping plan. This plan must be submitted prior to allowing <br /> you to begin framing the project.
