We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The site plan appears to have minimal proposed grading and no change to hard cover. <br /> • The plan is acceptable from an engineering standpoint. <br /> • This project will disturb more than 25, but less than 100 cubic yard of material.
