Before I can schedule the wetland inspector to visit the site, the delineated wetland edge and buffer must be re-staked by the surveyor. I cannot tell if what is planted in the wetland buffer area is of the appropriate mixture and it has not established itself. We can send out the specialist from Bolton and Menk to inspect the buffer area. There are no signs or any sort of markers to indicate where the buffer area begins either therefore it might be difficult to determine the buffer location. There is some erosion taking place along the north property line where a path was cleared from CSAH 151. The applicant has enough materials on hand to make the corrections but this area should be corrected and vegetation established. 1 z
