Mr. Genari noted that he bought the <br />property in 1987 for $168,000 and the current market value <br />is at $203,000. He feels that he paid a fair price for the <br />property and that the value should be adjusted downward so <br />as not to reflect such a high increase from the original <br />purchase price. He feels this is <br />excessive. Mr. Erickson noted that in his area some of the <br />valuations were calculated wrong and he was in the process <br />of correcting the error and a new statement would be sent <br />out to Mr. Glesne and any other properties where the value <br />was calculated wrong. <br />18. Kern M. Hoppe, 1150 Wyndmere Road - PID #26- 118 -23 41 0007. <br />Mr. Hoppe noted that there has been an increase of 25% per <br />year in the past couple of years and feels this is very <br />excessive.
