<br /> The field investigation identified no jurisdictional wetland areas. A culvert inlet exists in
<br /> the central portion of the open yard on the property, and this culvert empties into the
<br /> eastern wooded area on the property. Where this culvert empties, there exists a drainage
<br /> path that extends partially thru the wooded area. Although this area does meet the
<br /> physical criterion of a wetland, it is determined to be incidental based on WCA
<br /> 8420.0122 Subp Sc.
<br /> Two sample points were taken to record current soil, vegetation and hydrological
<br /> conditions in questionable areas. The locations of these sample points can be found on
<br /> Figure 5 in the Appendix section of this report. The associated data sheets can be found
