Motion, Ayes =S, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />#1321 TOM HAISLET <br />950 OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION - RESOLUTION #2544 <br />EXECUTION OF DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT <br />Mr. Tom Haislet, Bill Fenholdt and Tony Leung were present <br />for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson clarified that the <br />Developer's Agreement had not been completed. However, ' the <br />Resolution indicates that the Final Resolution is contingent upon <br />the execution of the Developer's Agreement by the School District <br />and City of Orono. All issues involved within the Developer's <br />Agreement have been mutually agreed upon, only execution of the <br />document is remaining to be done. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2544, contingent <br />upon the execution of the Developer's Agreement.
