Owens and Rosita M. Owens, the owners of and taxpayers <br /> with respect to three tax parcels and a vacated street functionally combined at the common <br /> address of 1070 Ferndale Road West, Orono, Minnesota, we are hereby requesting a combined <br /> assessment and legal combination of the lands referenced herein. <br /> Enclosed for you reference are copies of the recorded certified copy of Resolution No. <br /> 5147 of the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, vacating the relevant portion of the <br /> street and authorizing the combined assessment and legal combination (recorded as Document <br /> No. 8517201 in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota), and <br /> the required Easement for utilities (recorded as Document No. 8517202 in the office of said <br /> County Recorder), together with an ALTA/ASCM Survey of the property. The Survey was <br /> prepared for Jyland Distinctive Homes, Inc., and is dated May 4, 2004.
