Owens and Rosita M. Owens, the owners of and taxpayers with respect to three tax parcels and a vacated street functionally combined at the common address of 1070 Ferndale Road West, Orono, Minnesota, we are hereby requesting a combined assessment and legal combination of the lands referenced herein. Enclosed for you reference are copies of the recorded certified copy of Resolution No. 5147 of the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, vacating the relevant portion of the street and authorizing the combined assessment and legal combination (recorded as Document No. 8517201 in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota), and the required Easement for utilities (recorded as Document No. 8517202 in the office of said County Recorder), together with an ALTA/ASCM Survey of the property. The Survey was prepared for Jyland Distinctive Homes, Inc., and is dated May 4, 2004. The lanc3s to be subject to the combined assessment and legal coinbination are more particularly described on the Survey, together with the vacated street (which is not narratively described on the Survey although it is accurately depicted thereon), and are summarily referenced as follows: YID # 02-117-23-43-0002 Legal Description: Part of Lot 4, North Shore Cottage Acres, Lake Minnetonka, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. Address: 1070 Ferndale Road West and PID# 02-117-23-43-0004 Legal Description: Part of Lot 5, North Shore Cottage Acres, Lake Minnetonka, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
