PAPAS <br />3369 CRYSTAL BAY ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />DENIAL RESOLUTION #2537* <br />It was moved by Counci lmember Goetten, seconded by Acting <br />Mayor Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2537, denying the variance <br />requested by Jon W. Papas. Motion, Ayes =3, Nays =O, Motion <br />passed. <br />#1329 THOMAS MCNELLIS <br />355 WOODHILL ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />Mr. McNellis and Mr. Arthur Dickey, Mr. McNellis's <br />Architect, were present for this meeting. <br />A brief review of Mr. McNellis's application was provided by <br />City Administrator Bernhardson. In order for Mr. McNellis to <br />construct his proposed new residence, he would need approval for <br />a front setback variance and wetland setback variance. The <br />proposed. residence would encroach 4' into the 26' wetland <br />setback. The easement line was determined by using the 964 <br />contour line. The actual edge of the wetlands is actually 36' <br />from the building envelope. Mr. McNellis's deck would be 32' <br />from the edge of the wetlands, but only 22' from the edge of the • <br />easement. Bernhardson further reported that he had met with Mr. <br />Dickey and Mr. McNellis and the possibility of a lot line <br />rearrangement was discussed. If Mr. McNellis could obtain a <br />2 <br />
