MINUTES OF THE ORONO COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 14, 1988 <br />FLASHING LIGHTS CONTINUED <br />Highway 12. Motion, Ayes =3, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S INFORMATION* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by Acting <br />Mayor Peterson, to accept the City Administrator's Information <br />regarding: Crystal Bay Road; Woodhill Road; County Road 15; <br />Orono /Minnetonka Beach Interceptor Progress; 1950 Shoreline- - <br />Drive; Big Island Vets Camp; Cross Walk Petition /Cty -MTC <br />Response; Sculpture Unveiling - Livingston Tower Park; and Goal <br />Setting'Status. Motion, Ayes =3, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />There was _no report from the City Attorney, however, City <br />Attorney Barrett requested an Executive Session. <br />LICENSES* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by Acting <br />Mayor Peterson, to approve the following license: <br />Septic System Installer: Machtemes Construction <br />P. O. Box 275 <br />Waconia, MN 55387 <br />Residential Kennel: Josh and Pam Uran <br />2705 Watertown Road <br />Long Lake, MN 55356 <br />i <br />Motion, Ayes =3, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />BILLS* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by Acting <br />Mayor Peterson, to approve payment of the All Funds Accounts. <br />Motion, Ayes =3, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - 9:00 P.M. <br />City Attorney Barrett requested that the Council go into an <br />executive session at 9:00 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT 9:14 P.M. <br />It was moved by Acting Mayor Peterson, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to adjourn the Regular Council Meeting at <br />9:14 p.m. Motion, Ayes =3, Nays =O, Motion passed. <br />12 <br />Jame R.
