The redline steps on <br /> the attached plan indicate how the steps will be repositioned relative to the originally drawn steps. This change was <br /> determined necessary to avoid the need to have retaining along the portion of the originally drawn steps that traverses the <br /> slope. The retaining wall would have added hardcover that we want to avoid.
