The Drainage patterns on the east and west of the home do not direct surface water onto the neighboring <br /> property. <br /> a. The approved plan called for a swale and small berm on the west side of the house. The <br /> swale/berm is not depicted on the as-built. <br /> b. The approved plan called for the swales on both sides of the home to continue past the southern <br /> edge of the home and then direct runoff inward.
